Each product page features a detailed size guide. For mouthguards, we offer specific sizes for youth (under 11) and adults (11+). For braces and sleeves, please measure the circumference of the joint as indicated in our sizing charts to ensure a secure fit.
What is your return policy for protective equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mouthguards cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the product has been boiled and fitted.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear ready for a specific game or tournament.
What does the Dental Warranty cover?
Many of our mouthguards come with a specific Dental Warranty. This covers dental repair costs up to a specified amount if a tooth injury occurs while wearing the mouthguard properly. Please register your product on our site to activate this coverage.
Can I wear Shock Doctor mouthguards with braces?
Yes, we have a specific line of 'Braces' mouthguards designed to fit over orthodontic brackets. These are made of 100% medical-grade silicone and do not require boiling, as they adapt to changes in your tooth structure as they move.
